Our callout fee is £10, which covers travel expenses.
We charge £15 an hour for a callout with a NO FIX NO FEE policy.
If we cannot fix your pc fault, we will only charge the callout fee.

How should I book a callout in Birmingham with a IT technician?

What is the collect and return callout service?
This involves our technician collecting, repairing and returning the pc to the client.
This is offered when the work will take over 2 hours and includes up to 5 hours work.
We charge £50 for the collect and return service.
